By registering for and using SeLinkPro (the "Service"), including our website dashboard and Chrome Extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SeLinkPro provides SEO analytical tools, aggregating domain metrics from third-party providers (such as Ahrefs, Moz, and Majestic) and offering indexing verification. The Service is provided "as is" and relies on the availability and accuracy of these third-party APIs.

3. Billing and Pay-As-You-Go Model

  • Deposits: SeLinkPro operates on a prepaid, Pay-As-You-Go model. Users must deposit funds (minimum $5.00 USD) via our supported cryptocurrency gateway (CryptoCloud) to utilize the API.
  • Consumption: Funds are deducted directly from your account balance for each domain check or API request based on the current rates published in your dashboard.
  • No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the API requests and costs incurred by us from third-party providers, all payments and consumed credits are non-refundable. Remaining unconsumed balances cannot be withdrawn.

4. User Conduct and API Limits

You agree not to abuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to bypass rate limits (currently set to prevent DDoS attacks), reverse-engineering the Chrome extension, or sharing your personal API key with unauthorized third parties. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the SEO metrics provided, as they are sourced from external providers. SeLinkPro is not responsible for any financial losses or poor investment decisions regarding domain purchases made based on our metrics or verdicts.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
