By registering for and using SeLinkPro, hereafter referred to as the Service, including our website dashboard and Chrome Extension, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service and Uptime

SeLinkPro provides advanced SEO analytical tools, aggregating domain metrics from external data providers such as Ahrefs, Moz, and Majestic, alongside real time indexing verification. The Service operates continuously to provide high availability. However, metric retrieval relies on the stability of third party APIs, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access if upstream providers experience downtime.

3. Transparent Billing and Payments

  • Deposits: SeLinkPro operates strictly on a prepaid Pay As You Go model. Users must deposit funds with a minimum of $5.00 USD via our direct cryptocurrency wallet integration. All transactions are processed directly to our secure wallet addresses.
  • Consumption: Funds are deducted directly from your account balance for each domain check or API request. Pricing is strictly based on the current rates published in your dashboard. There are no hidden fees or recurring monthly subscriptions.
  • Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the API requests and the immediate costs we incur from third party data providers, all payments and consumed credits are non refundable. Remaining unconsumed balances cannot be withdrawn to a cryptocurrency wallet or fiat account.

4. Strict Data Privacy and Confidentiality

We understand that backlink data is highly sensitive. SeLinkPro is committed to protecting your proprietary link building strategies. We process the URLs and domains you submit strictly for the purpose of retrieving metrics and verifying indexation. Your data is never shared, sold, or used for our own commercial SEO campaigns or aggregated into public databases.

5. User Conduct and API Usage Limits

You agree to use the Service responsibly. This includes not attempting to bypass rate limits designed to prevent server overload, reverse engineering the Chrome extension, or sharing your personal API key with unauthorized parties. We employ automated monitoring to detect abuse and reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these security protocols without a refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

While we strive to provide the most accurate and up to date SEO metrics available, data is sourced from external API providers and search engines. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of these metrics. SeLinkPro is an analytical tool and is not responsible for any financial losses, ranking drops, or poor investment decisions regarding domain purchases made based on the provided data.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. Continued use of the Service after such modifications indicates your full acceptance of the updated terms.
